Climate pressures, health, inequality, economic uncertainty, AI transformation and fast-changing organisational needs are all connected. Yet many organisations still work through rigid roles, isolated plans and disconnected projects.

Systems Connector Training helps you build the practical skills to connect the dots. Across two expert-led online sessions, you’ll learn how to use OnePlanet to map complex challenges, connect people around shared outcomes and turn systems thinking into practical action.

Become a Certified OnePlanet Systems Connector™ and help your organisation work in a more joined-up way.

Why this matter now

The world is experiencing interconnected challenges across climate, health, jobs and equity. These challenges can feel overwhelming because they are rarely caused or solved by one organisation, one team or one intervention.

At the same time, AI and digital transformation are changing how organisations work. The organisations that get the most value are not simply adding new tools to old processes, they are redesigning workflows, systems and operating models around more connected ways of working.

This creates a growing need for people who can:

  • See the bigger picture
  • Connect strategies, people and projects
  • Work across departments and sectors
  • Identify shared outcomes
  • Help teams move from fragmented activity to coordinated action

What is a Systems Connector?

Using OnePlanet, Systems Connectors learn how to:

  • Map complex challenges
