Eastbourne ECO Action Network create their sustainability story using OnePlanet technology

Communicating how all of the different aspects of sustainability fit together can be hard. Current ways of thinking have us focussing on individual issues that inevitably create more issues elsewhere. This is because the solutions we come up with are not joined up. We are struggling to see the bigger picture. 

Andrew Durling, Executive Director of the Eastbourne ECO Action Network CIC, is using the OnePlanet platform to solve this problem. The Community Interest Company is made up of a growing number of people. It reaches over 974 businesses, charities and social organisations locally. All are united by the same goal – to turn Eastbourne carbon neutral by 2030 and to make it one of the best places to live in the UK.

Andrew has created a OnePlanet Action Plan for Eastbourne to create a sustainability story for the local community.
